"the ladies that answer the phone are very sweet but when it comes to needing to get a call back from Rosalinda, it’ll take 1-3 days which as a customer is not acceptable. and when she does call you back she has a condescending attitude. If you are thinking of getting insured by them know that your cancellation process will take up to 3 weeks. and it is not a smooth process."

"Rosalinda is great and attentive when it comes to adding policies. I had 6 total lines with the team. However, when it comes to basic customer service, it falls short. I called for a simple explanation about a rate increase—no one called me back. I ended up shopping around and found a better rate. I called to cancel two policies—no response. So I called again and requested to cancel everything. Still nothing. It’s been two weeks, and every time I call, it’s like they’re hearing about it for the first time. Beatrize just told me there were no notes on my account, even though I know I’ve spoken with her. I’ve called at least six times. If you're dealing with them, cancel autopay, send emails to create a paper trail, and be ready to move on. The delays feel intentional—and it’s not a good long-term strategy."
