"I called Friday 2/21 to cancel my policy. Emailed the declaration page to Rosalinda. My policy is supposed to be taken out of my bank on 2/27. I did what was asked of me with time so I wouldn't have my money taken out. Whoever I spoke on Friday 2/21 was extremely rude as soon as I mentioned i wanted to cancel my policy. Said she couldn't cancel it and was up to Rosalinda to do and she will get to it Monday 2/24 "hopefully". I knew they wouldn't care to take care of it because once they aren't making money out of you they could care less. I called Wednesday 2/26 to follow up and the lady i spoke with had no idea I had requested my policy canceled. She stated there was no request. I was livid at this point. She said only Rosalinda is able to see that email and she will "get to it when she can". At this point I think Rosalinda doesn't want to cancel the policy or else it would've been done Monday. I called again Thursday 2/28 and was denied to even speak to Rosalinda because she has clients back to back and my policy still hasn't been canceled. Here i am Friday 2/28 a week after this request has been made and I am out $220 for a policy i no longer need. Now its funny how she answers every review here and I'm sure now that I have wrote a bad review it will get her attention "soon". Don't expect this agency to be any kind of professional when it doesn't benefit them."

"I honestly never make reviews on things or businesses. I just move along with my money to another business.But I have to agree with Sarai Beltran's review because I am going through the same thing with this agent. At first I thought I was overreacting then I came to the reviews to find someone else with the same issue. I requested my policy to be canceled after seeking help to replace my current vehicle with my new one after selling the old one. Which I didn't get because according to the lady on the phone I needed to make an appointment. For an urgent need?!?! That didn't make sense. I called around and found an agent that had time for me to quote a policy for my car. It was in my price range and I decided I was switching to a different company. I reached out and still I was told that I need an appointment. Next few days the agent calls and during the conversation she states that " for replacements there is no appointment needed" well looks like your employees are saying otherwise. Probably need to train them so y'all can be on the same page. I told her that on the 10th of February with ample time that my insurance will need to be canceled I found a new company. She told me to send my declaration page on the email she texted for my policy to be canceled. I sent it the same day after work. To this day I haven't received an acknowledgement that this was updated. Then a couple of days ago I received an email from State Farm requesting for payment of my policy before it can be canceled. I have emailed her asking to what the payment is for and no answer to my emails. Over 10 years with this company and can't even reply to emails. So, beware when you're ready to cancel. *****I will update my review when this is resolved."

To clarify, when you initiated the vehicle replacement online on January 31, 2025, our office received your cancellation request on February 4, 2025. We understand the urgency of your situation; however, our receptionist is not licensed to process cancellations or make changes directly. This is why we set up a time for a licensed representative to return your call. During that conversation that you had with a licensed representative when your call was returned, the online changes were confirmed for replacement and now your new request to cancel confirmed, we did ask for declaration page from your new carrier. We immediately halted any automated drafts while we awaited your online replacement changes were successfully processed to then follow up on cancellation request. Once we received the necessary documentation, your cancelation was processed. We want to emphasize that every cancellation is unique, and we find that customers who are most frustrated often have difficulty providing the requested information. In contrast, those who are willing to engage and provide the necessary documentation typically experience a smooth and efficient process. Additionally, online changes take time to process, and cancellations cannot be completed online. We understand that communication is key, and it appears there may have been some miscommunication regarding the cancellation process. We do keep detailed notes on all customer interactions, but unfortunately, once changes are made, the next request—such as your cancellation—gets worked on in the order it is received. We have made multiple attempts to reach you to advise you of the status, but it seems our calls have gone directly to voicemail. We encourage you to reach out to us directly so we can resolve this matter promptly. We value your long-standing relationship with us and are committed to providing you with the best service possible. Thank you for your patience, and we look forward to resolving this issue. "

"I requested a quote on my house, cars, and umbrella from Rosalinda Aguero’s State Farm. Santiago helped me with the quote. He is young, but patient and eager to understand my needs. He was very available and returned calls quickly. We just completed the paperwork for me to change to Rosalinda’s office and they saved us over $1,300 a year. Everyone in the office was very friendly and helpful. I hate changing insurance, but Santiago and the rest of the office staff were very helpful. I would recommend them to anyone needing insurance."

"Worst service. My truck broke down and wanted to cancel my policy. They said they can't do it with them must wait 10 days for appointment that never happened. Then called a fraud for trying to cancel it."
